About Ashley Balazs

Ashley's goal is to make the selling of your current home or the buying of your new home as simple, stress free, and dare we say it, enjoyable as possible. Ashley is the daughter of an interior decorator and a master contractor, growing up with two such role models has fostered a creative and entrepreneurial spirit that allows her to think outside the box and be proactive in identifying the specific needs of her clientele.

Ashley is successful in marketing and development, and exhibits personal and detailed care having worked as a licensed therapist and ambassador to patients. These skills served her well as she acts as a liaison to her clients to ensure that their experience is a professional and positive one. Ashley has been described by her former Medical Director as "intrinsically motivated with an exceptional level of attention to detail. She is a self-starter who is socially astute, with a great deal of emotional intelligence and is a true life-long learner with a humble tenacity."

Ashley understands how easy it is to fall in love with the Charlottesville area and how important it is to not only find the right home for you and your family, but to support you in building the life you deserve. She understands that finding your dream home is the first step but is dedicated to helping you feel at home in your new home. In her spare time, Ashley can be found enjoying a multitude of recreational activities outdoors with her Husband, or spending time with her horse.
